1. Are you a psychotherapist?
No. I am a certified Italian Counsellor, a member of REICO, the Italian association of Professional Counsellors, recognised by the International Association for Counselling (IAC). I provide emotional support and personal development sessions, not clinical therapy. My work is non-medical and focused on everyday wellbeing, clarity and communication.
2. Who do you work with?
I work with adults from all over the world, especially:
• people navigating transitions
• international professionals and students
• expats living in Italy or Europe
• individuals experiencing stress, confusion or emotional overwhelm
• anyone seeking a warm, non-judgmental space to talk
3. What topics can I bring to Counselling or Life Coaching?

4. How does an online session work?
Sessions take place:
a. via video call (Zoom, Teams or Google Meet). You only need a quiet space, a good connection and your preferred device. I will guide the conversation gently and respectfully, at your pace.
b. face-to-face if you are in Palermo or in Trapani area.
5. How long is a session?
A standard session lasts 50 minutes. Introductory calls are 30 minutes and free of charge.
6. How many sessions do I need?
Every person is different. Some people benefit from a few sessions, while others prefer longer support. You can stop at any time, there is no obligation.
7. What languages do you work in?
I offer sessions in English, Italian and Spanish.
8. What is your approach to Counselling and Life Coaching?
My style is:

9. How do I book a session?
You can book directly through the website or contact me via email. I also offer a free 20-minute introductory call to understand your needs and see if we are a good fit.
10. What is your cancellation policy?
Sessions can be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made after this time will be charged in full.
11. Are Counselling and Life Coaching confidential?
Yes. Everything you share is treated with complete confidentiality, within the limits of professional and ethical guidelines.
12. How many sessions do I need to take?
There is no fixed number of sessions, as each person is different. Some clients benefit from 3–5 sessions, especially when working on a specific situation, while others prefer more regular support. In any case, the Counselling paths never exceed 15 sessions. This keeps the work focused, practical and goal oriented. We will adjust the frequency and duration based on:
• your goals
• your pace
• what changes in your daily life.
You are free to stop whenever you feel you have gained what you needed.
13. What is the difference between Counselling and Life Coaching?
Counselling and Life Coaching are both supportive spaces, but they serve different needs.
Counselling focuses on emotions, clarity and self-understanding. It helps you:
• explore feelings
• understand patterns
• improve relationships and communication
• navigate stress, confusion or life transitions
• find emotional balance
Life Coaching is future-oriented and action-focused. It helps you:
• set goals and move toward them
• break limiting beliefs
• improve motivation • build new habits
• make decisions with more direction
• create positive change in specific areas of life

Both approaches complement each other, and we can decide together which one suits you best based on your needs.
