Hi, I'm Maria Assunta

I am a professional Counsellor, Life Coach, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner. My background is in Education, and after my own personal journey of growth, I trained in the field of self-development.

I qualified as a Life Coach and NLP Practitioner in 2012 with The Coaching Academy in London. In 2022 I completed my Master's in Counselling at ASPIC school in Rome.

As a member of REICO, the Italian association of Professional Counsellors, recognised by the International Association for Counselling (IAC), I have been supporting individuals in finding new directions in life and creating greater fulfilment on a personal, professional and social level.

My approach is empathic and client-centred, combining a variety of techniques and tools tailored to each person's unique needs. I can help you gain insight into your life, develop self-awareness, and move toward personal growth and emotional wellbeing.
